Seminar “Normative Powers and European Foreign Policy in a Minilateralist World”

Prof. Dr. Gunther Hellmann (Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany) gave a seminar entitled  “Normative Powers and European Foreign Policy in a Minilateralist World” as a part of Yaşar University Department of International Relations seminar series. During his presentation, Hellmann focused on European foreign policy with a special emphasis on constructivist theories and the following concepts of “normative power”, “multilateralism” and “minilateralism.”
