United Nations Security Council Simulation

As part of International Organizations course, the United Nations Security Council Simulation was held on May 30, 2015. Each students acted as one of the Security Council members discussed the situation in Iraq and Syria and the international fight against ISIS/ISIL.

During the simulation, delegates representing the members of the Security Council were involved  in the extensive negotiations and produced two draft resolutions. However, at the end of the simulation, the Council acted unanimously and adopted a resolution concerning fight against ISIS/ISIL.
