Yaşar University Department of International Relations will organize a webinar on “Birleşmiş Milletler Güvenlik Konseyi ve İşleyişi”, with the participation of the Former President of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) Mr. Ambassador (Ret.) Ertuğrul APAKAN.  The event will not be recorded and will not be used in media organs. The webinar will be conducted in Turkish.
